Measured for your route
You get a latency figure for your two endpoints, stating RTT or one-way and the date measured — not a brochure number.
Our own network links Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, Shanghai, Sydney and Seoul. Send your two endpoints and an engineer replies with the measured latency.
Latency depends on the exact endpoints, so we measure it for yours. Tell us the two data centers or venues and we send the figure with how it was measured.
| Route | Medium | Latency (RTT) |
|---|---|---|
| TYO–HKGTokyo – Hong Kong | Subsea fibre | On request — request latency for Tokyo – Hong Kong |
| HKG–SINHong Kong – Singapore | Subsea fibre | On request — request latency for Hong Kong – Singapore |
| TYO–SINTokyo – Singapore | Subsea fibre | On request — request latency for Tokyo – Singapore |
| SIN–BOMSingapore – Mumbai | Subsea fibre | On request — request latency for Singapore – Mumbai |
| HKG–SHAHong Kong – Shanghai | Terrestrial fibre | On request — request latency for Hong Kong – Shanghai |
| SIN–SYDSingapore – Sydney | Subsea fibre | On request — request latency for Singapore – Sydney |
| TYO–SELTokyo – Seoul | Subsea + terrestrial fibre | On request — request latency for Tokyo – Seoul |
Endpoints, PoPs and venues for every route are on the Network page.
Full route tableWavelengths and Ethernet private lines between Asian venues, for HFT and prop firms, brokers, banks and crypto market makers.
Exchange feeds carried across the seven hubs on the same low-latency paths, delivered where your servers are.
Cloud connect, IP transit, DDoS mitigation and capacity on our routes for enterprises and carriers.

Seven hubs, seven routes. All of our engineering goes into the region where you trade.
Your request goes to a network engineer who knows the routes, not to an account manager with a script.
Two endpoints — data centers, venues or just cities — and the bandwidth you need.
A network engineer replies within one business day with the measured latency, medium and options.
We sign a mutual NDA, share the due-diligence pack, then agree the contract and SLA.
Lead time depends on the route and the cross-connects at both ends. We confirm the date in the order.
WinMing IT is operated by WinMing International Trading Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Our network runs between Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, Shanghai, Sydney and Seoul. Entity details are on the Company page; registration documents are in the due-diligence pack.
We do. We own and operate the routes and PoPs, and our own engineers run them. Leadership names and backgrounds are in the due-diligence pack, shared under NDA.
We measure it on our network between the two endpoints you send. Every figure we send states whether it is round-trip (RTT) or one-way, and the two test points.
Latency can be part of your SLA: we agree the commitment for each circuit and write it into the order. The full set of commitments is on the Reliability & SLA page.
It depends on the route and on the cross-connects at both ends: a few weeks where we already have capacity and a cross-connect is all that is needed, longer where a new circuit or tail has to be built. We confirm the date in the order.
We operate a Hong Kong – Shanghai route. Delivery inside mainland China follows local licensing rules, so we explain the options for your case when you send your endpoints.
Two endpoints are enough to start. A network engineer replies within one business day.
